We typically set up new trade accounts within one business day. You'll get a confirmation email with your agreed pricing.

Can I order online with trade pricing?
Yes — once your account is set up, your trade pricing applies to online orders. You can also order by email or phone.

Do you offer custom branding?
Yes, we can arrange custom branding (embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer) on most workwear items. Ask us for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
Trade accounts are invoiced monthly with agreed payment terms. We also accept credit/debit cards and bank transfer for one-off orders.
