Shipping

We ship to all addresses within New Zealand using trusted courier partners. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to return an item:

Get approval — We'll confirm your return and provide a return shipping address.

Ship it back — Pack the item securely and send it back. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processed — Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll sort it out at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange items provided they are unused and in original packaging. Contact us to arrange the swap — you'll just need to cover the return shipping cost. We'll send the replacement out as soon as we receive the original item back.

Trade Account Orders

If you're ordering on a trade account, the same shipping and returns policies apply. For bulk orders or custom requirements, please contact us directly and we'll work out the best shipping arrangement for your business.
